hello, im a normal 19 year old kid working as a mechanic and can get very board with cars (normal cars) i personaly love the musle car era with the gtx's and cheveles ect. any ways my one car i own is my daily driver witch hapens to be a Fwd Oldsmobile 1988 delta 88 4 door with a crappy white paint job (please stop laughing) any ways i picked the car up real cheep and the body was in ok condition and it has the best domestic v6 ever made the 3800, well about a month back i was having trans problems and 2nd gear would crack your neck if you had your foot into it well the constant slaming of the trans caused the converter to pop off of the pipe coming from the manifold. so i took it into the exaust shop (my shop doesnt do much exaust work) when i had a vison of dual exaust (no i wasnt on crack) so just out of intrest i asked, in place of the regular rear sideways mounting muffler i could get a dual outlet f-body one. the employes thought i was a crack head, but they said they would do it if i suplyed a muffler. so i came back with a flowmaster 2 1/2 inlet and outlets still laughing at me they installed it , to every ones supise (including my own ) it souded like a friggen 350 under the hood
. happaly i took my car out thaght night ot the cruin side of town any ways i got many weird looks, quite a few intresing questions and complements but the best of all were the three chicks numbers i got cauz hey liked how my car was "difrent" . so i personaly think that people whom put down certaint mods on unpopular cars can go
themselves but thats jut my oppinion i could be wrong
