You have a pretty good selection when it comes to bottom end parts for the 4g64, I don't know too much about it because I haven't really done alot of research on bottom end stuff. But here is some stuff I do know.

JE, Weisco, and Ross make forged pistons.
The connecting rods in the 4g64 are the same as the 2g 4G63t rods, so nearly any aftermarket rod will work. But you may run into clearance problems because of the 4G64's rod angle. But thats nothing that can't be addressed.
