The owner took the car to autozone and they said it was a cam gear sensor.
Now the car is not starting at all and when I looked at it, the cams are not spinning but the belt is still intact. Since I have no experience with Deawoo's I have no idea what it could be. Hoping some one here could tell me what I might have to do to get this car running again.

The cam sensor has a recall but only for a certain lot number. Most of which do not fall under.
IF the the timing belt broke while running you are going to have bent valves.
MAJOR expense.
