Martin Donnan used to race and hillclimb an imported Si, but the engine had been worked to produce 200bhp+, not bad considering it is NA and started with 130bhp

I'm saying there is a poor owner of a car out there with a 3rd gen, civic that is red with a white bonnet...that is probably in crap condition now. not that it was looking good when it was sold
I realise a B16A swap into a 3rd gen is more of a challenge
