It's normally caused by carbon build up in the throttle body. The carbon causes the butterfly to stick closed. Just get some throttle body cleaner and clean out the bore of the throttle body so that the butterfly closes on to a clean surface.

Do I have to take the trottle body off to clean it, will it hurt anything to spray down the bore
