please what ever you, make sure that you use a wire harness. its a little plastic piece that would match up to the cars wire harness. first you match all of the wires from the deck to the aftermarket wire harness, then you just plug the harness into the stock wire harness. installing a stereo can sometimes be a little complicated if you do not use an aftermarket wire harness. you start to have issues as the one that you are having yourself. good luck and keep us posted. (good choice...pioneer maakes a great product in my opinion. i will not use anything alse in my car unless someone can show me something better) have fun with the install.
