I don't know of anything made specifically for the Tamiya Supra, but there are aftermarket options for both decals and tyres/wheels. Some sources are listed in the FAQ section. Fujimi has a terrific selection of wheels, but they often take some work to get them to fit Tamiya kits.
I don't have a Supra to post pics of, but I can show you my Z3!
I replaced the kit wheels with a set of Fujimi BBS's.
My thread shows the modification I did, but I had to use a lathe....
