need help 2 get back @ the game

so this is the situation.
I have valley fever and 4 months ago i lost like 15lbs and was down to 135. Over the past 4 months i have been on medication and have gained back the 15lbs. Before i lost weight, i was average built.......now i look like a little scrawny 5'7'' guy with a pop belly (really disgusting to look at myself in the mirror). I havent been cleared by my Dr. to do weightlifting, but im ok to run and do simple crunches and push-ups.

Lately i've been playing tennis again. Is there any faster way to lose weight without lifting? Im not taking creatine but im on protein........but considering gettin back on creatine. Is it also logical to take fat burners (hydroxycut, thermodynamx, etc.) and what do i need to know about fat burners and thermogenics????

please help...my goal is to be back to the way i was (no pop belly and bigger arms) before my senior year starts.
