um, indy mentioned a flat red finish using tamiya sprays. afaik there's no flat red tamiya spray, so you're gonna have to put a topcoat of semi-gloss or flat mr. color/gunze spray.
just be careful with overspraying the flat mr. color/gunze spray, it does have a knack for putting in white spots that stay even when dry.
