what you can try to see if it is an earth problem is place a jumper cable from the battery negative to some where on the engine and try starting it, this will tell you if your engine to chassis earth or battery to chassis earth is the problem. There is a starter relay for this vehicle behind the cubby . If you want to connect a relay for the starter use a standard 4 pin relay and connect battery positive to term 30 on the relay , battery negative to terminal 86 on relay , the black/yellow wire from the ignition (cranking wire) to term 85 and a wire from terminal 87 to the starter on the ten nut ( term 50 )
