What's the big deal? I guess I just don't get it at all. They're not cutting off his winky and just removing some skin that covers it. If the child can't get in there and clean it right then maybe it should be made easier for him.
Skin? No skin? It's still going to be able to do its job so I don't see what the big fight is over. Or is there something I'm missing here?
