First of all, a Mustang is NOT going to ride smoothly like an Explorer or a BMW sedan. It is afterall a sports car. But, with 95 K on the car, I would start by replacing shocks and struts on the car as that is more than likely where the deterioration has occured. Replace them with stock Ford shocks and struts or a compatible replacement from Monroe or Gabriel and it should ride like new again.
