If you're starting a new build, base it on the 400 block (cheaper, too!). We get about $400 for a 428 or 455 block, and $150-200 for a 400. There are still thousands of 400 blocks out there. The Eagle rotating "kit" converts a 400 into the equal of a 455, plus the added benefits of smaller bearings, lighter/tougher parts and the aforementioned stronger block.

hey man everytime i email you, you never respond lol...maybe i was using the wrong email in the first place anywho i guess i could do a 400 block with that eagle kit i think it takes it to a 471 or something like that how much do you guys sell a usable 400? on ebay there only like 70 - 100 bucks bare
