I took my turbo off for my sr. project. I put it back on and now it wont go past 4000 rpm without it starting to backfire or misfire something to that nature. It runs rich, hopefully now plugs will help that. As I was putting that lower intercooler piping back on I noticed something hanging near the intercooler, i dont know what it is called or what it does. hopefully you can help me out here.
