Welcome to the forum!

Are you sure it is the motors, and not the wiring and/or switches going to the motors? If both windows don't work, I would suspect the main switch or a fuse.

If it was me, I would try to get the current system working instead of installing manual windows. If you need help troubleshooting, just send a note here. I have page on the power windows here . It is for a 2001 Venture, but they are all basically the same.

If you are sure it is the motors, they can be acquired for a reasonable cost, either on eBay or some of the online sources.
