It is bolted to the radiator support somewhere near the radiator. Search this forum for my post on this subject. I have a new Radiator Fan (1 month old)
1996 Model year was a redesign year which changed many systems on the Dodge/Chrysler minivans. 94-95 Minivans were interchangable. The 94-95 uses relays in the fuse box under the hood to control fan operation. I have switched the relays and it did nothing to fix the code 35.
