The reason why your DC Sport header has just one hole for the sensor is because Your car(96+ Civics) is OBDII and they have 2 Oxigen sensors(One on the Manifold and one on the cat). 92-95 civics are OBDI and have just one sensor.
In theory your DC was not designed for your civic(Although it fits your 96+ civic) cause DC designed their headers for up tp the 92-95 civic(just 1 O2 sensor). So basically DC Sport has no header for the 96-00 civics. If you want it to work w/o having the Check Engine on(cause you need to plug both O2 sensors) you will have to buy a High flow Cat and make the 2nd O2 sensor hole to plug it in.
That way you connect one sensor to the header and one sensor to the High flow cat. If you don't do this, you can still put the header but you will have to get used to see your Check engine light on at ALL TIMES.
