The 51 psi is good. I would say that you do not have a fuel supply problem at least from the FPR back to the filter and fuel pump. Of course, it doesn't rule out the fuel injectors. Although you have a #6 misfire code that one cylinder should not prevent the engine from at least attempting to fire up.

Have you checked physically for spark at any of the spark plugs? Also, you may have to hookup a noid light to see if the injector pulse is getting to each fuel injector from the PCM module.
