I have the master sheets for the 2001 celica from crutchfield as I just replaced the factory head unit.
I don't remeber off the batt how the door panel comes off but I can tell you that the front speakers are riveted in place for the factory speakers so get the drill out!
send me your email add. and I'll scan the sheets about the front doors and email them to you if you like.
