explanation short, soak them in PB blaster, try and loosen them if that doesnot work, take a socket that is just big enouth to go around the isolator, "the white part" and rest on the top of the metal, "where the scocket usualy grabs" and tap it GENTLY with a hammer, if it is coroded or torqued to tight, the slight vibrations will help loosen it, and let the penetrating oil into the threads, PB blaster will not harm your combustion chamber.
good luck, when you get them out use locktite anti siez on the threads, and only torque to specs,

that is not neccisarily true, the head does not have to be warped or cracked,
usually the head is intact without signs of distress
