KevinY- I can understand your hesitance in airbrushing bodies. CobraColors is awesome stuff, but it does work best if you've had some expeince with airbrushing. Sooner or later, it will of course be time to try iairbrushing a body, and when that will be is entirely up to you. But before trying CobraColors, at least thoroughly read through all of the tutorials Leon has posted on his CobraColors site. And you will have to get a can of good automotive laquer thinner- don't try using them without it.
As for matching with TS, obviously it's going to be impossible to get a parfect match, but you cn get something close. As
BVC500 mentioned, blues can be particullarly difficult to match, as they often change their appearence alot based on lighting conditions. If you're trying to match
Blu Mirabeau with TS, I might recommend TS-54 light blue metallic. It's the color tamiya recommends for matching the blue metallic in their Alpine Renault kit:

May not be exact, but it's probably close.
