Congrats on your almost perfect run. Have you ever had one of those yet?
No and no, lol. The S-10 was awesome though. I think the guy that was driving just had bought the truck or just had started driving or something. Anyways, they had it tuned way down. He was only dialed a 4.14 against me, which is pretty fast, but not considering he had a 640 BBC. I think the truck has run 5.40s before in the 1/8th though.

And I've came that close to a perfect run on the other side of the tree before, but never had a perfect light and dead on with a zero. I've been dead on with a zero several times and I've had perfect lights several times, but never together, lol. The time I came that close before was either a .501 light and dead on with a zero or a .500 light and dead on with a 1. I remember also cuttin a .502 light once and going dead on with a zero.

Some tracks call going dead on your dial with a zero a perfect run.

Oh yes. There's all the time something going on with a race car. If it aint an oil leak, its leaking water. If it ain't leaking water, its leaking transmission fluid, and so on and so forth.

Speaking of oil leaks, I think we finally have stopped my oil leak, lol. It was leaking oil at the back of the intake. After changing intake gaskets twiced, and adding BUNCHES of permatex, we finally got it stopped.

Yes it did! And what makes it even worse is I ALMOST added back .001 to my delay box. I thought about it and thought about it before I staged and talked myself out of it!

My new rocker arms (along with a fuel filter) will be in Thursday. Going to change oil this week too. I like to change it ever 2 or 3 weekends. So yeah, I probably change oil ever 5 or 10 miles, lol, if that, lol.

Lol. And so now you know, sort of lol.
