So far I haven't encountered a problem with the door windows in my 1998 Town & Country, so I really can't help you here.

I did, however, experience failure of both rear vent window motors, about six months apart. In my case, the motors didn't fail to work, they just stopped opening all the way. They would just open so far and stop. When I would push against each window slightly and have someone else operate the switch, they would both open all the way and close completely by themselves. But without manual assistance, they would not open all the way. I replaced both motors myself, at the same time. I posted the procedure in this forum previously, so search for it for more information.

I suggest you try pushing on your rear vent window like I did and having someone else operate the switch to see if this is a partial or complete failure of the motor. Either way, you will need to replace the motor. Let us know what you find and what you do.
