I have a few questions for anyone else w/ Prokits on their P10. How much was the drop and how's the ride quality?

Here's my observationsons:

1)front wheel well gap first at approx. one inch (stock wheels and tires, 195/65/14inch), Therefore, approx. one inch drop from stock.
- excellent cornering, hates bumps... bumps got worst
- recently I checked how much suspension travel I had by raising the car, tying a zip tie aound the top of the shock and lowering the car to see where the top of the shock is at rest
- to my surprise, no travel, yes that's right, the zip tie was right against the bumpstop, no wonder it was so bad during bumps
- solution, cut the bumpstops.... last week, I took off about an inch, since the car was was resting on the bumpstops, it ended up even lower (at this point I can barely fit my index finger in the wheel well)
- a test drive yielded significantly better ride quality even though it was lower and the cornering was still great...
- one week later, it seems to keep on sagging, there is now no wheel well gap and I'm pretty sure I'm resting on what's left of the bumpstop now...
- I was thinking, if I can precompress the spring even more like with a spacer between the top hat and top of the spring, the car won't be as low which would give some (better than none) suspention travel until I save enough money to get AGXs (which I think have shortened strut bodies)

Does anybody have an idea as to where I can get this "spacer"?
In the mean time, I will do my own search of materials that I can use.

2)rear wheel well gap approx. 1 1/4 to 1 1/2inch, therefore, the drop is 1/2 to 3/4 inch
- the car always looks like it's going downhill
- the rear has about one inch of suspension travel with uncut bumpstops, which I think is sufficient in the rear.
- I want the rear a bit lower though (about one inch wheel well gap) so it matches the front when I finally get that right.

Should I cut the spring, and how much?
Keep in mind, these are not stock springs so they are stiffer and I will cut the rear bumpstops.
If not, then what should I do?

P.S. If I have suspention travel problems with prokits (supposedly 1.2 inch drop), imagine how bad Intrax (1.7inch drop) or other super low springs would be. Something to keep in mind for those who are shopping around for springs.

P.S.S. Those few days I had suspention travel in the front felt better than the stock springs. Smoother over bumps but still corners better.
