I spent most of the morning at my dealership looking thru the system trying to find where the problem is. I found the schematics and some troubleshooting plans to repair no illumination of instrument cluster and no headlights on chime with door open. Both problems seem to stem from the same item the grey wire that goes to instrument cluster on Circuit 8. I followed those directions had voltage everywhere I should. The other was the drk grn wire from headlight switch to instrument cluster, it checked out ok. I read thru everything I could find and check, with no luck. I was fed up, I decided to have them fix it, I left the truck there, they called me a little bit ago advised me they had found nothing wrong other than the posibility of a faulty new headlight switch and I could pick it up. I guess I will wait and see if it still works next week.
