Not sure if this applies to Camrys but, in many cases there are kits available to allow you to adjust camber, caster, toe-in on a car that has no adjustment for it or adjust it beyond the limit provided. You'd have to do some research.

Walmart bend the frame? Maybe if they dropped it off the lift but, you'd see other damage too. Tough to proove. I think your salvage title speaks a thousand words.
