did mine a few years ago and don't remember how it came off. if you are refering to the "push the lens lights to turn them on and off" i think they just snap down it is 194 bulb if i remember correctly. since it is a 97 check my post on electric seat wiring it is a sticky at the top of the forum and my other post called blinking lights etc. even if you don't have a problem i would check it out.
