Did they use cork gaskets? I've never had good luck with those. If it's just slight wetness, It could be just residual ATF that got squeezed past when the pan was buttoned up. If it continues to drip, you may need new gaskets. If you are concerned about being over full, pull the fill plug on a warm, idling, level truck & let some drain out. It shouldn't gush out on a proper level check. If it does, it's too full.
