alright, i read the article again and it turns out the car is not an actual B4C car. the officer that drives it suggested the department have a vehicle that could catch modified vehicles in pursuit (after he blew the engine in his vic
). the department bought the car from a private owner and got sponsors to put up performance parts. heres a link to the article and the specs are listed at the bottom;

it ran a 12.6 1/4 mile before a FLT Stage 4 4L65E transmission, FAST intake, TSP 233/239 cam, and Nitrous Express NXL and MAF nitrous systems (total 375 shot) were added.
