umm i run into this problem all the time at work all you gotta do is push out the slide pin or pull it out with needle nose pliers and once u get it out clean out the inside of the hole it slides in with brake parts cleaner or wd-40 ... the clean the slide pin off good with either a grinder with a grinding pad if you have it or a metal brush to get all the crap off then lube it up with some brake caliper grease really good.. once you do that put the slide back in slowly and try sliding it back and forth it should move pretty freely with no force necessary ...


oh and make sure you dont rip the dust boot around the slide its necessary to keep contaminants such as dirt and moisture etc.. out.
