does a bolt-on high flow cat exist?

hi all. well chevy says the cat's stopped up which is fine with me, im just not paying $1024 for them to bolt up a brand new full exhaust system, soo..... i was wondering, is there a high flow bolt-on generic or specific cat for cavaliers?

i have a 95 2.3l

ALSO
i'm not condoning this, and i know exactly how to do it, and dont want ANYONE to say how they did it, BUT.. i had the thought of hollowing the cat (live nowhere near california) have any of you done this, or cut it, and if so what was the experiance afterward? i hear about everything you could emagine in general about doing it. more hp, better fuel economy, to hp loss and reduction of engine life and horrible fuel economy. i had it cut from a 2.8l v6 s-10 when i had it years ago, and i'd say it added around 15hp (you could tell) and the fuel economy never changed. whatever i do, its going to start rolling friday reguardless so please help me out. thankx
