Have you double checked all of your lugnuts? I've had alot of rims loosen up on me even after they were torqued when they were put on. Never hurts to double check, I check the torques every night for the first week after changing them, can't be too safe.
Did you have the back one balanced at the same time? You will actually feel the back ones before the front. There's nothing inside the rims to throw them out of balance right? If you didn't have the rear ones balanced try swapping the fronts & rears see if that helps things, its a cheap try. Sounds like its something with the rims & tires, to verify this try putting your winter tires & rims back on to make sure the vibration goes away.
