Question Replacing rotors and pads on 00 Rodeo... DIY job?

Anyone on the board replaced the rotors and pads on their Rodeo??
I have a quote for $500.00 for front rotors and pads and rear pads with rotors turned.
They are telling me it is quite a job to remove the hubs...
How hard could it be??

Opinions???
Thanks!
If anyone has a link to a write-up on the process that would be great!
