I guess I would be the one to take this since I would assume I'm the resident jetta driver here. I would suggest getting a supercharger Kit for it. It would be the best bang for your buck and would cause the least ammount of problems. Since the car isnt turbo ready dont put a turbo into it unless you want to spend alot of money always trying to keep it in tip top shape. As for the cold air intake, dont get one. It's like $180 for a gain of 10HP to me not worth it until you need some sort of better air flow. The exhaust Ido recommend though, magnaflow is who you want to go with, they make good ones.
