meh I was really skinny once and then I took up Body building for a few years 3-4. It must have taken about 6mnths to have put on some major weight. If you're looking to pack on more weight (muscle lol) and strength try this.
maybe start with 4sets of 8reps. and from Then just up the weight over time. in maybe 3mths up the reps from 8 to 10. one day on 2 days off. Train for one day and then have two days off with no training. Or your muscles will not grow!!!

Benches
upward rows
shoudler shrugs
mayby wing raises
bar curls (biceps)
Tryceps
dead lifts
squates
running
push ups
dead lifts.
abbs crunches
leg raises
Stretch
Session should last about 1-2hrs
Don't even think about Steroids. You will end up with no balls and a half clit or somthing.
