What do you mean by this? Drivers side of coil (right side when looking in engine bay) and middle (middle coil) doesn't give spark anymore?

Did you have the ignition module tested (o'reily or autozone can do it, 3 11mm bolts hold it on)? Did you test the coils (have friend crank on the engine, use INSULATED pliers to pull plug caps off coil to check for lack of spark or erratic [arcing to one side] spark)?

Is she throwing any codes/ses light? Neither Coil nor ICM give codes (usually). Another indicator of problems in this area would be a car shuddering or jerking around 50-60MPH and generally poor accerlation.
