you will either need an 88-91 PM6 si ecu and vafc, or convert to OBD1 and run a P28.
you can use your stock axles and hubs, but it's not recommended. Your hubs have a smaller spline hole than any other honda hubs. If I were you, i would upgrade my hubs to atleast 88-91 dx/si hubs or better yet, 90-93 integra hubs, which also have larger rotors and calipers.
use your stock shift linkage and stock mounts and mount brackets. You're going to need an 88-91 si or 90-93 integra throttle cable as well.
