A: 1. Yes all hatches are the same and should be universal. (Other than spoiler mount holes...)
Q: 2. are all 90-94 front bumpers direct bolt on?
A: 2. 90-91 front are the same as well as 90-92(april) rear.
92(may)-94 front are the same(other than the emblem), 92(may)-94 rear are the same.
This is assuming you are putting a N/A bumber on a N/A and a turbo bumper on a turbo bumper.
