The best cure I've seen (and did) was the instrument cluster removal and clean off the solder contacts and check the "plug contacts" that connects the entire instrument cluster to the electrical harness. It's in the "intermittent starting, won't start, instument cluster" thread with photos and instructions and everything. I brought the print out to a gas station and the guy charged me sixty bucks to do it. Took a few hours. Once done...no more problems. I must say I tried the Dodge dealer first..after a few hours they "couldn't get to it yet". I took it to a station and they got right to it.
