How much would it cost to put a new motor in it, one that will last me for a while and is good...I have no clue what b7, b16, and whatever those things mean. If anyone cares to explain that might be helpful. But how much would it cost to put a good engine in it?

Added some things to description. (Miles, A/C problem, battery/alternator problem)
