Well chances of your motor making it passed the bottle fed stat its in now is VERY unlikly.
Rotary engines respond poorly to nitrous unless you are running full stand alone fuel management which will controll your nitrous.
But the NA tranny will do you just fine. Dont bother with upgrading it untill it is the problem. There are 300+whp PP NA cars out there that are running NA trannies or ever miata trannies :P

PS why not just buy a turbo?
