Labor rates range from $60.00 at a private shop to in excess of $100.00 at a dealer. So as Blazinmlew pointed out, all of these costs are reasonable.
Everybody has a different comfort zone, and replacing the pump isn't a task for the inexperienced.

I replaced my '97 pump myself, in a 2 hour period, for the pump cost of #328.00 from Napa (A Carter pump).
