Re: Eighties Contest Entry: Jaguar XJR9-LM

Hello,
Firs of all I want to thank the people posting Here, thank You!
For Rob:
Yes, now I remember......juice is wash, try to not forget that.....:
If Ishould have seen your WIP on the Jag you have made, I should even not have started.......! Stuning work, really!
For Sportracer02:
Thank You.
Here is a little up on the cockpit of the car......
Tamiya seat has the molded belts sanded of....

I then gave the seat a little bit of texture, using glue applied with a really stiff brush. I also opened all the........openings, where the seat belts go through. Painted the seat mat black and Drybrushed it with oils.
See how it looks like.....?

I will put seatbelts later on....

I then engraved the panel on the left of the cockpit.

I now started to put the carbon fiber decals on the interior....
Sorry for the Fuzzy picture, but I think I used to much compression.......

Varnished them, after a little passage under the (Tamiya's) Smoke:

I now also fixed the firewall on the cockpit.

So that's all for today.
What do you think?
Thank you for the comments.
Greetings,

Jamme
