In '01+ Elantra's there is only one sensor. In '96-00, there are 2. The 39220-22010 is the coolant sensor for the computer in those years, but not for an '01+. The number you need is a 39220-38030, which does have a 3 pin connector. List price on it is $16.98. There are 15 dealers in Virginia that have it in stock, so whatever one is closest to you more than likely has it. I can sell it to you at a discount, but after shipping charges, it'll probably be more than what you can buy it locally for. Here is the pic thats in my catalog.
