According to MSN Autos the compression ratio for the 2.4 ltr is 9.8:1 and the 3.5 ltr is 10.8:1 Don't know about the type fuel it uses but, I would think if Toyota wants to maintain their #1 selling sedan moniker they'd be fools to have it use anything but regular.
