Sorry, I don't know much about the mechanics of it all, but wanted to give you a heads-up (pun intended
). As you know, the dash panel has 2 sections, the black section along the back (by the windshield), and the colored, padded section. Both sections would need to be replaced, as the cutout for the HUD cuts into both sections. Hopefully, you'll be able to do it. I have the HUD and love it. Hard to go back to not having it, once you have it. Good luck.
