Have you tried the manufacturer of the cold air intake you purchased? A new one from Dodge will cost at least $75 and MIGHT be this part# 4883598AA I cant swear to it. Now for a used setup...

www.car-part.com there are many pages of them available. You can also try putting out a request at
www.junkyarddog.com for just the cover.
