If you want to advertise Igor and the other AF administrators will be happy to sell you some advertising space.
If you can't afford it you can still ask them for a free link once. The worst that can happen is they might say No.
Some of us members with web sites might also be willing to give you a free link. Again just ask us once. You would also be expected to give us a link in return.
