FRIG! Spun a rod bearing.

Car: 1991 G20 Auto, 141 000 KM (not miles)

Oh man, I was driving down the highway and started to hear some knocking from the engine, it got worse so I pulled over and before turning off the engine, I opened the hood and heard that the sound was coming from what seemed like the bottom of the cylinder closest to the passenger side.

I am pretty sure that it's a rod bearing, because the SR20DE is known for it.

My real question is: I've read the rod bearing replacement article in SCC by George, but that is for an engine that doesn't yet have any problems. What more do I have to do to it because it has already spun? Crankshaft damage? Thanks alot, any help would be appreciated.

BTW: Does anybody know where to buy a Helms manual?
