Nothing on that page is worth $25, IMHO...
Are you referring to the upper or the lower grill?
The upper grill can be done fairly easily with gutter guard. Here is a pic of my old installation (

The lower grill looks bad... Mesh is meant to be sunken at least an inch or two, not right up front like our bumper forces it to be...
